- Once your order has been dispatched, the risk of loss or damage passes to you as the customer
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances outside our control
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable
8. Refunds & Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, and return freight is at the customer’s expense.

9. Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please email us with your order number and photos of the damage. Claims made outside this window cannot be accepted.
